The names that surprise us every day with their success and wealth are doing their best to get the most out of an ordinary day. So much so that their biggest common feature is that they have established a certain order in their lives. They are stable and never delay their daily routines, doing everything in order. Sleep is just a necessity for them.

1) Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook)

Mark Zuckerberg never gets past 8 in the morning. And the first thing he does when he wakes up is to take a look at Facebook and the world agenda, which is not hard to guess. But he says he only spares a few minutes – although this time varies depending on the intensity of the agenda. Then comes the daily exercises. Stating that he does sports 3 days a week, Zuckerberg says that this action makes him feel good physically and mentally. He spends 60 hours a week working and says that since he never changes his sleep patterns, he spends the rest of his time with his family, reading books and trying to enrich himself culturally by exploring new places.

2) Elon Musk (Tesla, SpaceX)

The day of Elon Musk, who sleeps a maximum of 6 hours a day, starts at 7 am. Stating that he does not waste much time with breakfast, Musk also does not interrupt his morning exercises. Elon Musk, who is a living example that success comes from working hard, spends 10 hours a day on his work. And he definitely spares 1-2 hours a day to read a book.

3) Richard Branson (Virgin Group)

Branson, who leaves the curtain open so that he can wake up at first light of the day, says he usually wakes up at 5 in the morning. He also starts the day by exercising and says that he does not hesitate to practice a different type of sport every day. For him, sports are essential for physical and mental development. We do not know how long he eats breakfast, but it is obvious that he had a meal with plenty of vitamins. He says that he started working by feeling happy because he started the day by spending time with his family. He also has a notebook that he never takes with him. He says that he writes down an event that happened to him during the day or an idea that came to his mind, as well as his observations.

4) Jack Dorsey (Twitter)

Another name in Jack Dorsey who started the day quite early. He also gets up at 5 am, but the difference in his night routine that separates him from Richard Branson is that he prefers to close his curtains completely and sleep in a lightless environment. Dorsey, who dedicates the first 30 minutes to his daily exercises after waking up in the morning, also meditates every day. Then he gives himself to work. And she points out that she takes care to stick to her daily routine.

5) Bill Gates (Microsoft)

The first thing Bill Gates, who sleeps 7 hours a day, wakes up in the morning is to look at the headlines of the newspapers. Then, he does not neglect his sports and runs on the treadmill for 1 hour every day. Gates, who plans everything he will do during the day in advance, says that he always includes 5-minute breaks. And he says he never leaves his notebook with him during the day. Bill Gates, who devotes a certain part of his day to reading, adds that he never neglects his family. He spends his remaining free time alone with himself to explore new places.

6) Jeff Bezos (Amazon)

He must be sleeping 8 hours a day. In fact, Jeff Bezos, who makes sleeping 8 hours a discipline, has a sleeping bag in his office. He does not neglect to look at the agenda of the world even after he does morning sports – sometimes even while doing sports. Two days a week are reserved for work only. On other days, he says that he prefers to be in more creative areas rather than spending most of his time in the office.
