Having an introverted personality is perceived as a negative trait compared to extrovert in business and social life.
Even in psychology, introversion is viewed with prejudice and is considered a disorder by some experts. Despite this, introversion turns into an advantage when it comes to creativity. We can say that artists, musicians, inventors who have produced very important works throughout history and the majority of business people who run world-famous companies today, are introverted.
