An Interesting Experiment on Babies: Are Moral Principles Innate?

As it is known, it has been discussed for ages whether morality changes from society to society, from individual to individual. Are there any moral principles that we are born with? Or, as Locke said, do we form our own moral principles with what we learn in the process that we are born and live as a blank slate? The answer to this question was tried to be reached with an experiment conducted on babies at Yale University Child Cognitive Comprehension Center.
But can a baby really have moral concerns?
