1. Fitness

It is not for nothing that they say that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. The health of our bodies affects many things. For example, a correlation was found between testosterone level in men and average annual income. Our hormone levels determine how we feel and how confident we are. Fitness is a habit that will change your life. Once you start fitness, you’ll find that you feel more confident, communicate better, and generally become more successful in life.

2. Meditation

Meditation can be defined as developing willpower. It allows you to better control your emotions, be calmer, focus better, and be happier overall.

3. Reading

Reading is an important habit. The average CEO reads an average of more than 50 books a year. Books allow us to learn many things that were not taught in school. You can learn how to improve your social skills, how to play sports, how to manage your money, how to invest, and many more real-life information.
