What is a parallel universe? Or are there parallel universes? His questions have started to come to the fore more recently, with NASA’s research. If we look at the full meaning of the words parallel universe, we can say that; A multiverse is a hypothetical collection of different observable universes. The universe, which we can observe with various devices, is approximately 93 billion light-years wide. But this universe is a tiny fraction of the multiverse. These hypothetical finite and infinite universes are called “parallel universes” or “alternative universes”.

The concept of a parallel universe (or multiverse) is often used in fields such as cosmology, quantum mechanics, and philosophy. Different versions of the known universe and different histories (past – future) are discussed in these areas. There are four multiverse models that discuss how parallel universes came to be. These; The multiple worlds interpretation is called string theory, membrane cosmology, and the inflation model. Scientists/researchers who want to explain how life emerged in the universe with the fact that there are many universes have put forward these multiverse models.

What are Parallel Universe Models? Four Levels of Max Tegmark

Alternative (parallel) universes can generally exist in four different ways;

Level 1 Parallel Universe

According to what is said about parallel universes at this level, space is so large that within the framework of statistics, there must be other planets like Earth. Accordingly, there must be an infinite number of planets in an infinite universe. What happens on some of these planets is very much, if not entirely, the same as what happens on our own Earth.

If such universes exist, even one of them is impossible at best. Because we never know which way to look. 1. Level parallel universes are at the beginning of the universes that are quite far away from the universe we live in and therefore we may never know about it. We can only exchange information within Hubble Volume. (Hubble Volume = 93 billion light-years in diameter that we can observe with various devices)

As part of Level 1 Parallel Universes; Cosmological Multiverses

These universes are the more commonly known multiverse perception. They are universes arranged in parallel, independently of each other, under, above, and next to each other. They are physical, numerous, and independent of each other.

In universes at this level, the space regions continue to be in the expansion phase. Because of this ongoing expansion, the space between us and other universes grows faster than the speed of light. Therefore, they are inaccessible in any way. There are two possible theories to prove the existence of such universes;
