Kaizen, which is called a continuous improvement and development, is a phenomenon that we can easily see in almost every part of our lives. In general terms, it is an improvement technique that covers everyone, every event, every moment and aims to improve constantly.<\/div>\n

The basic building block of Kaizen is functionality. When we encounter many problems and complex events in our daily lives, we should discuss everything and look for ways to improve. The basic flow of thought in these situations, where we think to achieve better than the current conditions, is approached with the philosophy of Kaizen<\/a> . E.g; A desk is designed for durability. However, while designing this table, not being satisfied with this, the thoughts such as what features can be added, how it is made can look more aesthetic, how it can be more useful, or what can be added to affect the customer more, brings us closer to this philosophy. Rather than answering these questions, the main goal is to further develop the idea and inspire the person to help design the next table better, rather than actually arranging the table. In other words, development is unlimited and continuous, so it has become a way of life for many employers.<\/div>\n
Problems are fundamental to Kaizen. Because where there is no problem, there is no development. It is aimed both to protect the current situation and to develop. Therefore, it makes it an indispensable principle of our life.<\/div>\n
