5 TED Talks That Can Make You Happy On A Bad, Stressful Day

We all have bad days. Although these days are sometimes due to bad news, sometimes we can get out of mood for no reason. At such times, I get out of bed as little as possible and watch something on the computer. The five conversations below helped me smile through my bad days, and I wanted to share it with you. Last minute jobs, deadlines, competitive life, financial difficulties… Most of the inevitable things in our lives bring stress. Psychologist Kelly McGonigal has found a life-changing solution: befriending stress. It may sound strange, but when you watch the talk, you will find that you feel better.
